What's included in the standard package: 
- Conversation by email/zoom with Mikol to talk about the song 
- 1 customized song (lyrics and melody) 
- 1 pdf file with the lyrics (with optional translation if requested) 
- 1 Mp3 Acoustic Demo of me performing the song 
- 1 Video of me playing the song (with a custom message)
- The original  handwritten sheets of paper of the lyrics (autographed) 
-  A guitar/piano/ukulele tutorial to play the song
 
Rules: 
- You will be contacted by email  after the order  to set up the interview with me
- After the interview it will take from from 3 to 7 days for me to write your customized song and record the files. Then you will recive a zip file by email with the pdf of the lyrics (and optional translations), an mp3 file with an acoustic demo version of the song performed by me and the video of me performing the song with a customized message and a video tutorial with the instrument that you prefer. 
- Lyrics will be stricted written and perfomed in english but you can ask pdf file with the translation 
- The interview can be done in the following languages: English, Italian and French on zoom and via email in other languages
- All the rights of the song will belong to Mikol Frachey unless you directly participate to the composition of the lyrics or the melody or both. In this case you will be contacted to sign a deal that will attest the distribution of the percentages as a co-writer. Lyrics and melody will be recorded in SIAE. 
- All the files will be for your personal use only and can not be distributed in any way without a previous permission. Even after the collaboration, you can contact her at any time at : mikolfracheymusic@gmail.com
- The original sheets of paper will be send to you by mail. It will take from 3 to 5 days after you receive the files (for Europe) and from 8 to 14 days (International).

Cosa include il pacchetto standard:

- 1 canzone personalizzata (testo e melodia) 
- 1 file pdf del testo del brano (con eventuale traduzione se richiesta) 
- 1 file mp3 con una versione demo acustica della canzone cantata e suonata da me
- 1 file video con la performance della canzone ed un messaggio personalizzato 
- I fogli originali dove è stato scritto il testo del brano (autografati) 
- Un tutorial per suonare il brano con chitarra/piano/ukulele  
 
Regolamento: 
- Verrai contattato/a via email dopo aver effettuato l'ordine per programmare la nostra chiaccherata sulla canzone 
- Dopo la nostra conversazione, mi ci vorranno dai 3 ai 7 giorni per comporre la tua canzone personalizzata. Dopodiché riceverai un file zip via mail con il pdf del testo (e le eventuali traduzioni), un file mp3 con una versione demo acustica della canzone,  un video con la perfomance ed il messaggio personalizzato ed un video tutorial con lo strumento che preferisci (tra chitarra, piano ed ukulele). 
- Il testo sarà scritto e cantato eslusivamente in lingua inglese, ma è possibile richiedere la traduzione in altre lingue
- Possiamo fare la nostra chiaccherata in inglese, italiano e francese su zoom, mentre via mail per altre lingue. 
- Tutti i diritti del brano apparterranno a Mikol Frachey, almeno che tu non partecipi direttamente alla composizione del testo o della melodia o entrambi. In questo caso verrai contattato per la firma di un contratto che stabilisce la divisione delle percentuali per i diritti del testo e della musica come co-autore. Parole e melodia verranno registrati in SIAE. 
- Tutti i file sono esclusivamente per uso personale e non potranno essere distribuiti in nessun modo senza previa autorizzazione. Anche dopo la nostra collaborazione, potrai contattarmi in ogni momento a mikolfracheymusic@gmail.com 
- I fogli originali ti saranno inviati per posta. Ci vorranno dai 3 ai 5 giorni dopo che hai ricevuto i files (per l'Europa) e dagli 8 ai 14 giorni (spedizoni internazionali).
